These Terms of Service govern the use of the online store psybell.art (hereinafter "the Store"), operated by:

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Subject of Service
The Store offers original handmade artworks created using the string art technique, including standard and custom-made pieces.
2. Order & Contract Formation
An order submitted by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase. The purchase contract is formed upon written confirmation of the order by the operator. For custom orders, the contract is confirmed individually.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in EUR including VAT where applicable. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. The operator is not liable for errors caused by third-party payment processors.
4. Delivery
Standard products are shipped after payment is confirmed. Custom-made products have an individual production and delivery timeline communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation. The operator is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.
5. Custom-made Products
Custom products made to the customer's individual specifications (dimensions, colors, design) cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced, in accordance with Section 7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.
6. Warranty & Claims
All products are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty in accordance with Act No. 40/1964 Coll. (Civil Code) and EU consumer law. The customer is obliged to inspect goods upon delivery. Defects or damage must be reported as soon as reasonably possible with photo/video documentation to psybellstringart@gmail.com. The operator is not liable for damage caused by improper use or handling after delivery.
7. Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly, the customer has the right to contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) for alternative dispute resolution:

8. Intellectual Property
All artworks, photographs, texts and visual elements in the Store are the intellectual property of Psybell – String Art. Copying, distribution or commercial use without express written consent is prohibited.
9. Personal Data
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Store website, in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
10. Final Provisions
The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Matters not covered herein are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and the European Union.
