31-Day Free Returns
We want you to love your Psybell artwork. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 31 days from the date of delivery to return your item — free of charge.
How to Return — Step by Step
- Contact us within 31 days of delivery via email: psybellstringart@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +421 910 417 307
- We confirm your return and send you a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship it back using the provided label — no cost to you
- We inspect the item upon arrival (1–3 business days)
- Refund issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Conditions for Return
- Item must be in original condition — undamaged and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email)
- Custom-made orders cannot be returned (EU law, Section 7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.)
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo/video documentation. All products carry a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal EU customers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Our 31-day policy exceeds this requirement.
