Shipping Policy

This shipping policy regulates the terms of delivery of goods purchased in the psybell.art online store.

1. Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is received.
For finished products, the order is processed in the shortest possible time.
For custom-made products, the processing time is individual and depends on the scope and complexity of the work.

2. Shipping methods
Shipping is provided by Slovak Post.
The client will receive the tracking number of the shipment immediately after the shipment is dispatched.

3. Delivery times
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the country of delivery and the type of product.
The operator is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs checks or force majeure.

4. International shipping
The store also allows delivery abroad.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other fees associated with import to the destination country.

5. Packaging and protection of goods
Each work is packaged with an emphasis on maximum protection during transport.
The operator is not responsible for damage to the goods caused by unprofessional handling by the carrier, however, in the event of damage, we recommend contacting the operator immediately.

6. Receiving the shipment
The customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt.
In the event of visible damage to the packaging, the customer is obliged to report this fact to the carrier and contact the operator by e-mail at psybellstringart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
