Strict Alien is a large-format, handcrafted string art artwork created as a bold visual statement. Built on extra-hard, planed beech wood prisms, this piece combines extreme durability with precise craftsmanship and intense UV-reactive detailing.

The artwork is enriched with several advanced techniques that elevate it beyond standard string art:

Materials & Construction

• Threads: UV-reactive synthetic acrylic cotton thread by Elian, Ekofil or Bravo

• Base: Extra-hard planed beech wood prisms

• Finish: Matte black spray RAL 9006 MAT

• Fasteners: Self-tapping screws, steel nails

• Perimeter: UV-active neon reflective tape applied around the entire perimeter

• Detail: Hand-made dotted mandala created by melting colored reflective neon silicone

• Nail heads: UV-active acrylic paint applied directly onto nail heads for enhanced blacklight response

• Lighting: Custom-installed UV LED strip integrated along the perimeter, connected to a 24V power adapter

Each piece is entirely handmade with a focus on precision, contrast, and visual clarity.
