It all started with one night and one impulse.
I sat down and began downloading my favourite tracks from SoundCloud. But that wasn't enough. Soon I reached for paid tracks in full quality — about 10 songs, each worth every cent. Without them, the set would never have been what it became. They were my Premium — the foundation everything was built on.
And then I couldn't sleep. Literally.
When I looked at what I had downloaded, I realised: this could become a set. I opened Mixxx and got to work. First, I listened to the advice of my older DJ friend — a set should start slower and gradually build up. I took that to heart. After about an hour, I knew the exact BPM of every track I wanted to include. I arranged them from 123 BPM all the way up to 181 BPM — slowly but relentlessly climbing.
Then came two nights and one full day of mixing. Track by track, transition by transition, synthesizer by synthesizer. And the work was done.
The Story I Discovered Afterwards
When I read back through the names of the tracks and artists, I found something I never expected — my own story. Not invented, not planned. Assembled purely from the titles of the songs and artists I used in the set.
And when I thought about it... it made sense. Not just as a musical journey, but as a reflection of my own life. As if those names knew something I had long been unable to put into words.
I begin on Leidensweg. I walk the path of suffering. I don't know exactly where I'm going, but I know I must keep moving. Every step is a test, and every obstacle forces me to look deeper within myself.
Gradually I realise that much of the world around me is just an Illusion of Life. What I once considered real begins to dissolve. Masks fall away and I start to see things as they truly are.
Then I come face to face with my own Monsterheart. My fears, my mistakes, the demons I spent years trying to ignore. It's not pleasant, but I know I must pass through them.
Testicular Torsion arrives — a moment of extreme pain, chaos and pressure. I feel like everything is collapsing. This is the point where a person either breaks or grows stronger.
And it is precisely then that I tell myself: Soy Una Artista. I am an artist. I have the ability to create. I can transform pain into something beautiful and give it meaning.
The Subway Shamans follow. I leave ordinary reality behind and set out on an inner journey. I search for new perspectives, new answers, new connections.
Then suddenly comes All Right Night. For the first time I feel peace. As if everything has settled for a moment and I can finally breathe.
But the peace doesn't last long. Burrito Bison, Syntax Error and Chop Chop shatter all the rules. The world accelerates, reality begins to fragment, and I am pulled into a whirlwind of events.
In Trancing333 I stop resisting. I let myself be carried by the music, the energy, my own intuition. And then the question arrives: What If You Fly? What if I truly can take off? What if I stop being afraid?
The answer is simple — Watch Me. I'm no longer hiding. I'll show the world who I am.
But then come Cravings 320. Old desires return and test me. I must overcome them, so Detoxx arrives — a cleansing of body and mind. And with Band4Bamdy2 I find the strength to keep going.
Next comes 3K Special Tool. I gain new tools, new experiences, new abilities. Then arrives ADHD — thoughts flying in every direction, but now I can control them.
In Double Whistle I receive a signal that I'm on the right path. And Synapsnschnaxla represents the moment when all my thoughts finally connect into one whole.
Then comes Tekno Non Stop. No more doubts. I am in motion, in rhythm, in the flow of life. Everything flows.
And finally, Maiko Ukiyo-e. I become aware of the beauty of the present moment. I stop fighting what is, and I learn to accept it.
The entire story ends with Katek. Not as the end of a journey, but as a peaceful landing. I look back and see that everything I went through — pain, chaos, creation, falling and rising — had its meaning. I am no longer the same person who stepped onto the Leidensweg. I return from that path stronger, calmer, and more myself.
Para Carpathia 2026 — Dubník, Stará Turá
The set Psybell_Festival_Set_2026_v4_Extended_24bit_48kHz was performed at the psytrance festival Para Carpathia at the Dubník campsite near Stará Turá. An hour and a half of music — tekno, psytrance, acidtrance, techno — from 123 all the way to 181 BPM. A set that would get even your grandad dancing. 😄
Listen to it on SoundCloud and let yourself be carried away.
And when I finally reflected on it all — on the fact that this entire story was assembled purely from the names of the artists and tracks I used in the set — I realised something remarkable. It made sense. Not just as a musical journey, but as a mirror of my own life. As if those names knew something I had long been unable to put into words.
